Main School Admissions

Thank you for your interest in West Ewell Primary School and Nursery for your child's education. Please see information at the bottom of this page if you would like to come and visit us.

The admissions authority for West Ewell Primary school is the Bourne Education Trust, co-ordinated by Surrey County Council. To find up to date information about how to apply, either as part of the standard intake in September or during the school year, please use the links below, which will direct you to the Surrey County Council website. You can view our Admission Arrangements at the bottom of this page, which show how places are allocated at our school each year.

For Reception Year admissions - standard application dates are from the end of October to mid January, for a September start:

Nursey Admissions

We have two areas in our Nursery - APPLE Class is for children aged 3-4 years and PEAR Class is for children aged 2-3 years.

APPLE Class Admissions to start in September 2021 (for children born between 1st September 2017 and 31st August 2018)

The closing date for these applications is Friday 15th January 2021. You are welcome to apply after that date, but you will be added to our waiting list. Parents will be notified if they have been allocated a nursery place by the end of March 2021.

PEAR Class Admissions to start in September 2021 (for children born between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2019)

The closing date for these applications is 30th April 2021. Parents will be notified if they have been allocated a nursery place by the end of May 2021. PEAR Class places are chargeable unless your child qualifies for FEET funding.

Come and visit us

Under usual circumstances, we welcome parents and carers who are choosing our school or nursery for their child/ren to come for a visit. However, due to the restrictions and risks associate with COVID-19 we deeply regret that we are not able to offer visits this at the moment.
